Petitioner apprehends her arrest in Sathi P.S. Case No.62 of 2019, registered under Sections 363, 366(A) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Rinku Kumar, Bharat Sahani, Kamlesh Paswan and Sonu Sah kidnapped his daughter on a motorcycle. When the informant went in search of his daughter in the house of Munni Devi, wife of Bharat Sahani, the petitioner is alleged to have abused and threatened the informant to assault.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim has made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she disclosed that she has already solemnized marriage with Rinku Kumar and her father wanted to marry her with someone

Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the victim herself has denied the factum of her kidnapping, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No.62 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
