The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 08/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304 B and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The mother of deceased made allegation that the daughter was assaulted by her husband and other and they gave her poison which caused death of her daughter. It is submitted that the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the husband of the deceased. The petitioner is residing in his own house and he is not concerned with the family affairs the deceased and her husband. The deceased did not get any sign of injuries. Although, the informant alleged that her daughter was assaulted.

No.40852 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 Considering the facts that the petitioner is the husband of sister-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation is made against the petitioner, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Kursakantta P.S. Case No. 08/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
