15-20 unknown persons armed variously raided brick kiln of Shashi Kumar Suman lying at villageJagannathpur and blew it by an explosion. Informant, Manager did not claim identification. However, the owner, on being informed shown suspicion against Kapildeo Singh, Mukesh Singh and Rajnikhil.

From the order impugned, it is evident that charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner on account of divulgence of his name by the witnesses recorded under para31,44,45,41 of the case diary but without any specific overt act though as per para-3 of the petition, petitioner has got dubious background. Petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48691 of 2015 (2) dt.02-11-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Ram Pravesh Baitha is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani (Kurhani) P.S. Case no.86 of 2013.
