At the time of conduction of raid, it has been alleged that petitioner made safe escape, others were apprehended. On search, apart from other items 1505 pouch of 200 ml. have been seized. From para-3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 28.08.2015.

Accordingly, petitioner Ritesh Sah @ Babali Sah @ Ritesh Kumar Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No.569 of 2014.
