JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, in presence of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to raise all the issues of facts, which have been raised in the present proceeding, before the Conciliation Board constituted by the respondent D.C.L.R., Purnea, by the impugned order dated 24.6.2014 for settlement of Batai dispute between the parties. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
