2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to Opposite Party, vide order dated 06.10.2016 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 44648 of 2016 in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
