2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 17/2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2024 and have clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59487 of 2024(2) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 she was in relationship with one Anwar Alam and she had eloped with him. The petitioner is the grandfather of Anwar Alam.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Araria/concerned Court below in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 17 of 2024.

9. This application stands allowed.
