The petitioners are in custody in a case registered under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the informant that on 8.5.2015 at about 7 P.M. he was not at his house and when he returned back, he learnt that his grand father, Janki Manjhi, and grand mother , Lachminiya Devi, have been killed and their dead bodies are lying on the backside of the house. It is further alleged that the grand father of the informant was an Ojha and it is stated that the wife of Sohrai Manjhi who had no issue and for issue they were taking help of Ojhai through the grandfather of the informant. When they found no benefit of Ojhai then Sohrai Manjhi committed the murder of informant's grandfather and grandmother with the help

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 10.05.2015.Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. The main allegation is against one Sohraj Manjhi causing death of the deceased. There is no injury or any overt act alleged against these petitioners. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.P.Singh, learned J.M., 1st Class,Sherghati Gaya in Barachatty (Mohanpur) P.S.Case No. 175 of 2015.
