The petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Muffasil (Mahadewa O.P.) P.S. Case No. 393 of 2021, G.R. Case No. 3350 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 419, 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 65, 66(C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner in connivance with other co-accused persons used to make fake Ration Card by using login and password of S.D.O. and 226 forms of Ration Card, one Asus Laptop, three mobile phones and bunch of keys have been recovered from the house of this petitioner.

No.66058 of 2021(2) dt.25-02-2022 2/2 It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion and he is in custody since 17.08.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan / concerned court in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Mahadewa O.P.) P.S. Case No. 393 of 2021.
