Prayer is for bail in Shivsagar Baddi P.S. Case No. 134 of 2017 registered under sections 379 and 411 IPC. The allegation is of theft of Rs. 14,000/- whereas the petitioner was apprehended with Rs. 2400/-.

It is stated that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. He is in custody since 07.06.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Rohtas at Sasaram in Shivsagar Baddi P.S. Case No. 134 on condition that one of the bailors shall be either the
