JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 573 of 2017, GR No. 2437 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 149, 188 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
The case of the prosecution is that while the police and other government authority had gone to remove the encroachment, the petitioner along with other persons protested the same and shouted against the government authority. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is languishing in jail since 25.08.2017.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50084 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 573 of 2017, G.R. No. 2437 of 2017.
