The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nath Nagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No.397 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner not only outraged the modesty of the informant but also assaulted her brother when he tried to rescue her with the butt of the pistol, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
