2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order of this Court has been complied and the petitioner has been able to erect the boundary wall as per the order of this Court dated 2.5.2024 and the local police had provided all assistance to the petitioner.

3. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the local police that they will see to it that boundary wall of the petitioner is not demolished by the lumpan elements.
