20-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

Two petitioners, who are in custody in Lauriya P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019 registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 302 of the I.P.C. was subsequently added, have prayed for grant of bail.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they alongwith two other persons gave garasa and rod blow on the informant and his son, as a result of which, they sustained injury and during course of treatment, the informant's son namely Binod Kushwaha died.
