2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act and Sections 67 & 67-A of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner took the minor daughter of the informant to his clinic on the pretext of giving medicine and thereafter, committed rape on her and also threatened her not to disclose the ordeal to her parents. This petitioner is also alleged to have made the incident viral on social media.

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case.

5. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence as
