ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was allowed Provisional bail by the order dated 16.1.2015.

In view of the nature of dispute between the Parties, several attempts were made to settle the same, but to no avail. However, considering the merits of the case, Provisional bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 16.1.2015 in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 442 of 2009 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, is hereby, confirmed on the same terms.

However, from now on, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Three thousand only) per month in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 instead of Rs.1,000/-.
