2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to the prosecution, it is a case of triple murder. It is alleged that three persons were murdered by unknown miscreants and son of one of the deceased persons saw the pictures of their dead bodies on whats-app and came to identify them. The name of the petitioner transpired as one of the accused persons in this case during investigation.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not involved in any manner in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64372 of 2023(3) dt.29-01-2024 2/2 case. His name came up in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Manoj Yadav @Bambam Yadav. Except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Even during investigation, nothing consistent material has come against the petitioner for his involvement in the alleged occurrence. The co-accused Manibhushan Kumar has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.7.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40065 of 2023. Moreover, the petitioner is custody since 9.9.2022.
5. Learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-IV, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S.
