2. The present Letters Patent Appeal is directed against the order dated 07.07.2011 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10638 of 2011 by which the writ application has been dismissed.

3. Perused the order of the learned Single Judge. In a wishy washy kind of pleading and claim, the appellant, who was the petitioner, has himself, claimed that he has not worked since 07.11.1985. The learned Single Judge has rightly dismissed the writ

Patna High Court LPA No.1435 of 2013 dt.22-02-2017 2/2 application refusing to give any kind of direction in his favour on such a stale kind of issue sought to be raised after 26 years.
