The informant is said to have been kidnapped by FIR named accused, Kunti on 09-03-2014 and the first informant report was lodged on 06-09-2014 particularly, in the circumstance, when the informant herself admitted in her written report that 1012 days prior to the institution of the first information report, she had been dropped by the petitioner at Bhore.

Although there is allegation of rape and sexual exploitation against the petitioner but according to prosecution case itself, the informant remained with petitioner for near about five months and she used to go for work along with the petitioner. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of
