1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ(s) Order(s) Direction(S)

Patna High Court CWJC No.14848 of 2022(2) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 commanding and directing the respondentauthorities to adjust the petitioner in class III or Class IV post suitably as per their educational qualification as has been done in the matter of Supervisor and Instructors engaged in the Non Formal Education Scheme, sponsored by the Central Govt. and further the petitioner prays for a direction to grant the similar benefit to the petitioners in terms of class 4 (C) of the Bihar State Litigation policy 2011 and/ or for issuance of such other order or direction for which they may be found legally entitled to in the facts of circumstances of the case as stated in hereinafter."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondentState submits that in view of the judgment rendered by the learned Division Bench of this Court in Civil Review No.59 of 2018, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that if that be the case, the present writ petition be disposed off.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
