2. The present application has been filed for quashing of order dated 14.04.2023 passed in Complaint Case No.5612(C)/2022 by the learned CJM, Patna, which has been instituted for the offence under Section 205 of the Cr.P.C.

3. As per the allegation made in the complaint petition, due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry, the petitioners assaulted the complainant (O.P.No.2). It is also

4. Considering the nature of allegation, I find that the matter can be resolved outside the Court amicably by way of mediation.

5. The petitioners are directed to appear before the learned District Court on 26.09.2025 at 10.30 am.

6. Learned District Court is directed to take necessary action to refer the matter before the learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center.

7. Learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center concerned shall make his/her best efforts to settle the dispute amicably and thereafter submit his/her report before the concerned learned District Court, well within a period of four months, till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners in connection with Complaint Case No.5612(C)/2022.

8. In case of failure on the part of the petitioners to appear on 26.09.2025 at 10.30 am before the learned District Court or any date fixed by the learned Mediator, the interim protection granted to the petitioners shall automatically lose its force and the District Court will proceed to pass order in accordance with Section 359 BNSS.
