The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is a case of assault and opening fire due to which the informant sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and specific allegation of opening fire is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66550 of 2021(2) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 against co-accused Rudal Yadav upon the informant's son Soni Yadav and not these petitioners.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 379 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
