1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Vigilance Patna P.S. Case No.100 of 2017 (Spl. Case No.42 of 2017) registered for offences under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 477(A) and 120(B) of the IPC and Sections 13(2) and 13(i)(D) of P.C. Act.

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to surrender before the learned Court of Spl. Judge Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Vigilance Patna P.S. Case No.100 of 2017 (Spl. Case No.42 of 2017) and file

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56541 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to consider and dispose off the bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day.
