1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 by the learned Sessions Judge, Samastipur vide order dated 22.08.2022 passed in A.B.P. No. 2212 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Samastipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 160 of 2022.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
