The petitioners while praying for a direction to the respondent Registrar, Cooperative Societies as well as the Collector, Supaul-cum-the Official Liquidator, Central Bank Employees Savings and Credit Self-Supported Cooperative Society Limited, Supaul to give effect to the order of dissolution passed by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies in Miscellaneous Case No. 60 of 20012, a copy of which is placed at Annexure-2 also raises a grievance that it is following the notice issued by the Liquidator himself, a copy of which is placed at Annexure-3, that the petitioners raised their claim vide Annexure-4 as back as on 28.10.2013 but the same has remained pending.
Patna High Court CWJC No.20121 of 2014 (2) dt.17-02-2016 hearing to the petitioners.
Considering that the matter has remained pending since 2013, an expeditious disposal preferably within three months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order would be appreciated.
