It is submitted that in the second paragraph of the order dated 02.09.2016, the petitioner has inadvertently been described as "father of the husband of the daughter of the complainant" whereas it should be "brother of the husband of the daughter of the complainant" and in third paragraph it has been recorded as "son of the petitioner" whereas it should be "brother of the petitioner".
