The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 12 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 307 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. F.I.R. is lodged after lapse of 10 days of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that the present case is counter blast to the case lodged by the coaccused. No.72027 of 2018(3) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 12 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
