2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to sanction and pay the following admissible retiral dues and other dues which the petitioner has not been paid as yet for no fault of the petitioner:- (i) Pension, (ii) Second ACP due since 10.12.2009 (iii) 10% remaining Gratuity, (iv) Unutilised Leave encashment,

Patna High Court CWJC No.20129 of 2019 dt.03-02-2020 2/2 (v) Group Insurance, (vi) Due salary for the period from 01.10.2014 to 31.03.2015, (vii) Arrears of revised pay for the period from 01.07.2013 to 31.12.2013, (viii) Increased 10% Dearness Allowance from July 2013 to December 2013.

And further to allow interest @12% per annum (compoundable) on the above legally due amount which have been withheld by respondents for no fault of the petitioner.

And / or allow such other benefit or benefits for which the petitioner is legally entitled in the following facts and circumstances of the case."

In view of the stand taken in the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondents no. 1 to 3 on 29.01.2020, the Court finds that the admissible dues of the petitioner have either been paid or necessary orders have been passed and now it is for the petitioner to complete the formalities for being paid the amount.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to complete the formalities pursuant to which the remaining amounts of the petitioner shall be credited into his account. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- AFR/NAFR U
