09-10-2015 Heard Sri Dinesh Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Nirmala Kumari, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
The petitioner, who is in custody since 15-01-2015 in Sheohar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 364(A) & 511 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner in the present case was falsely implicated and on so called confessional statement, he was made accused. He submits that it was a case of attempt to commit a crime under Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer of bail.

No.17677 of 2015 (4) dt.09-10-2015 2/2 However, keeping in view the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner namely Rajesh Rai @ Rajesh Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar/concerned court in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014.
