Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 15(2)(4) of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User Inland) Act, 1962, Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Sections 3⁄4 Damage to Public Properties Act, 1984.
Since the pipeline of petroleum was found damaged at the field of the petitioner, the petitioner was suspected to have indulged in theft of petroleum.
Submission is that only material is suspicion. Nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

No.57211 of 2017 (3) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Naubatpur Police Station Case No. 198 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
