2. The present modification application has been filed to modify the order dated 06.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6683 of 2025.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that anticipatory bail had been granted to the petitioner by an order dated 06.05.2025 passed by this Court wherein it was recorded that petitioner has three criminal antecedents of similar nature of the offence and he is on bail in the said cases. It is further submitted that during the process of verification of the criminal antecedent one more case, being Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No.268 of 2018, has been pointed out. It is further stated that in that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57577 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 case final form has been submitted by the police and same has also been accepted by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-P/2 series to this application.
4. Considering the above mentioned fact, it is directed that Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No.268 of 2018 would not be treated as criminal antecedent of the petitioner while accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner. The period of surrender is extended by further three weeks in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No.296 of 2023 from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
