Mr.Ajit Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-08-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, informant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Chandauti P.S. Case No. 143/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 498A, 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that petitioner is Chachera Bhaisur of deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Husband of deceased is already in custody.

Learned counsel for informant has submitted that this petitioner along with husband of deceased and other accused persons has killed the deceased and threw her dead body on the railway track.

The other co-accused have already been granted bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52123 of 2019(2) dt.26-08-2019 2/2 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72269/2018. Petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 143/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
