JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-10-2015 Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 28.11.2014 in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case no.415 of 2014, registered for the offence under Sections 341,323,447, 379,307 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner, while pressing the bail petition, submits that of course, in the F.I.R., it was alleged by the informant that the petitioner gave one Rami blow on his son, but there is no accusation of repetition. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since long.

Keeping in view the period of custody, let the petitioner Jagbali Ram be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20890 of 2015 (3) dt.09-10-2015 2/2 of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Arrah in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case no.415 of 2014.
