The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 160 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 354B, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the informant are the neighbour. He further submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case.
Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and also the fact that the petitioners and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74402 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 informant are the neighbour, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S. K. Sharma, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 160 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
