2.This application has been filed for direction to the respondents authorities to remove the encroachment made by the respondents no. 6 to 10.
3. The Circle Officer, Kaimur at Bhabua is directed to conclude the hearing of the Encroachment Case No. 12 of 201819 after hearing all the parties i.e. including the alleged encroachers within three months of communication of this order.
