This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 762-C of 2013, disclosing offences under Sections 323, 341,504,354(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dain Act.

Since this application arises out of a complaint case, it is being disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the Court below within four weeks from today. If they do so, their application shall be considered and decided in terms of the decision of this Court in case of

Salim Ansari alias Md. Salim Ansari and Ors. Vs. State of Bihar & Anr reported in 2015(3) BBCJ V-53 on the same day.

With this observation, this application is disposed of.
