No. 17196 of 2021 insofar as para (a) of page-3. Para (a) reads as under: "(a) Petitioner shall approach the authority concerned within a period of four weeks from today by filing a representation for redressal of the grievance(s)."
2. The order dated 22.01.2022 specifically directs the
Patna High Court MJC No.1901 of 2022(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 petitioner to file representation within a period of four weeks from 22.01.2022. Time lapses on 21.02.2022, whereas the present M.J.C. has been filed on 23.09.2022. Therefore, question of modification of time limit stipulated in para (a) is not warranted.
3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. No. 1901 of 2022 stands dismissed.
