The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.R. No.393 of 2023 arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 1026 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are alleged to have participated in the killing of the deceased. Bikas Kumar has shot at the deceased on the order of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.12. 2022.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

No.56500 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate - IVth, Civil Court, Patna City in connection with G.R. No.393 of 2023 arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 1026 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Alamganj Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
