The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 81 of 1998 arising out of Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 135 of 1996 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

By order dated 04.11.2015, a report regarding stage of the trial was called for by this Court from the trial court. The trial court has submitted its report dated 24th November, 2015. A perusal of the same would make it evident that all the witnesses have already been examined during trial of the case and 30th November, 2015 was the date fixed for final arguments.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48643 of 2015 (3) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 Taking into consideration the stage of the trial and the reasons assigned in the order dated 25.08.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 27479 of 2014 by which the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court, the application is rejected.
