The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No.174 of 2017, a case under Section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2017. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. According to F.I.R., the petitioner was caught when stolen bag was handed over to him and petitioner was fleeing. Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
