2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 8(C), 21A of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 4.77 gm. heroin was recovered from the possession of co-accused Ravinandan Kumar who disclosed the name of the petitioner as his associate. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
