The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Abadpur P. S. Case No. 96 of 2018 registered under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that immediately after the occurrence two accused, namely, Safiullah and Rakesh Alam were arrested and the stolen motorcycles were recovered from co-accused Rakesh Alam, who had also disclosed the name of the petitioner as his associate in commission of the crime, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. However, in case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit
