The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.231 of 2021 registered under Sections 120(B), 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has been surfaced in the present case during investigation. There is no material available in the case-diary which shows the involvement of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55759 of 2022(4) dt.28-03-2023 2/2 of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S.
