The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi) P.S. Case No. 91 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 224, 225, 337, 338, 447, 379 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the submission made by the informant in the F.I.R. itself that the petitioner was in Hazat at the relevant point of time, the allegation of breaking open the lock cannot be against the present petitioner, but is evidently on others. Further, since, in connection with the other case the petitioner has been released by the police itself, let the petitioner, in the event of his
