The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kawakol P. S. Case No. 17 of 2018 dated 20.01.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 384, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the occurrence as well as the false implication of the petitioners is the fall out of the dispute with respect to the Panchayat elections where the sister-in-law of the informant as well as wife of one of the accused persons, Dinesh Yadav, had contested.

No.66683 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 Regard being had to the general nature of allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioners and simple injuries on the person of the victim coupled with the fact that the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedents, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, IVth, Nawada in connection with Kawakol P. S. Case No. 17 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
While saying so, this Court has taken note of the fact that Dinesh Yadav, a co-accused, has been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67469 of 2018. skm/- (Ashutosh Kumar, J) U
