The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner killed the son of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. Except for suspicion, there is no other substantive evidence to suggest

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with K. Nagar/Champa Nagar P.S. case No.309 of 2018.
