Taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, Vikash Kumar Sah and Dileep Prasad Mehta have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court and the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kodha P.S. Case No. 160 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 390 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Katihar.
