JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Excise Case No. 292 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering recovery of illicit liquor from the roof and store of Dhaba belonging to the petitioner and his criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The bail application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
