Although petitioners are named in the first information report but informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and the informant gave the name of petitioners as suspects in this case. In course of investigation, some witnesses claimed that before recovery of dead body, the deceased was seen in the company of the petitioners and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
