1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of writ/writs, order/ orders, directing the respondents concerned to remove the encroachment from 40 decimals land of Shri Shri 108 Durga Mandir, Ajmabad, appertaining to Khata no.386, Khesra no.813, 814, Rakba 09 decimal and 31 decimal total 40 decimal and 49 decimal and from the land of Govt. of Bihar recorded in the name of Primary School Azmabad,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12867 of 2024(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 District-Bhagalpur, appertaining to Khata no.412, Khesra no.810, 811 and 812, Rakba, 28, decimal, 16 decimals and 05 decimal total 49 decimals, from the illegal possession of Respondent no.8 namely Matru Sharma @ Budhdeo Sharma, sons of Munni Sharma, resident of Village-Azmabad, P.S.- Gopalpur, District-Bhagalpur, who has illegally encroached the aforesaid 40 decimal land of Durga Mandir, Azmabad and 49 decimal land of Primary School, Azmabad by taking illegal forceful possession."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
